To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Either call us on 01277 230101 or email us at sales@advancedglazingsystems.co.uk and we aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where we cannot resolve a complaint using our own internal complaints procedure, as a GGF member, we can offer a Dispute Resolution Service with TGAS. They can be contacted direct by telephone on 0207 939 9103 or by emailing concilliation@ggf.org.uk.

Great service from Start to finish.
After looking around for a while I made the great decision and chose AGS.
From the start Tyler was very professional and helpful on the phone, he sent me pictures by email of doors in the colours I was thinking about and also pictures of the fixtures and fittings so I could compare colours.
Tyler was very communicative throughout the whole process. On the day of installation the fitter was punctual and polite and clearly knew his stuff, door is working a dream. Especially happy with the making good and how he installed the trim, such a clean and tidy finish.
